Web-Based Hotlines

Through our partnership with Ethicspoint, we can provide you with a streamlined Internet-based employee fraud-reporting system. This 24/7 reporting system can be made available to employees, suppliers and consumers and helps you to comply with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

Ethicspoint’s secure reporting system is confidential and can be accessed by phone or online to report complaints anonymously.

Phone-Based Hotlines

We also offer a variety of around-the-clock, phone hotlines. We offer a hotline that enables consumers to report complaints about your products or services. We also offer a hotline for traveling executives to call requesting medical evacuation, security escorts and other split-second services.

When calls come in, our trained professionals route emergency or integrity-related calls directly to key decision makers or proper channels, according to a protocol established with each client. Phone translation is available in more than 100 languages.
